my first ebay adventure...

i had some items i wanted to sell, so i can have some craft money :]]
ugh what a headache! but thanks to friends who use ebay,
i know what im doing now..
i am just so worried about the scammers..

tomorrow i am making a BIG BOY CHART for Morgan & Mason..
lets hope we can all follow it..
its only 4pm & i am ready for my glass of wine & the bachelor..

our planting adventure-- update!!

OK, so Morgan & Mason planted some seeds on Jan. 21st & boy have they grown!
I will post some photos in a few days (I am dying of a toothache & run to the ground by 3 wild kids)
They check their plants everyday & water them, and take them outside to get some "freshness"
I hope once we transfer them to bigger pots they stay alive...
Not only are we watching their PLANTS grow, but we have started a Growth Chart on the wall...
Its official!

Also, I am so happy to see fellow bloggers & friends commenting my posts and following me.
You gals are GREAT!
Happy Monday!
I can not believe tomorrow is February 1st already...

CRAFT #2
DECORATING WOODEN LETTERS
*THESE ARE FUN & SO EASY, & LOOK ADORABLE IN ANY ROOM.

I BOUGHT THREE M'S (ALL 3 OF MY SONS FIRST NAMES START WITH M)
AT THE LOCAL CRAFT STORE
FOR $3 EACH,
A FEW TUBES OF ACRYLIC PAINT (ANY COLORS YOU WANT) FOR A LOW PRICE OF $.60/EA.
THE LETTERS COME IN WOOD OR WHITE (THE WHITE ARE ALREADY PRIMERED)

YOU CAN PAINT THE LETTERS ALL ONE COLOR OR YOU CAN DO SOME TYPE OF DESIGN, LIKE BELOW:
*THE POLKA DOTS WERE DONE WITH THE CAP TO THE SALT SHAKER, PAINT THE LETTER WHATEVER COLOR YOU WANT, LET DRY, THEN TRACE THE CIRCLES & PAINT.
ONCE THEY'RE PAINTED, YOU CAN SPRAY IT/THEM WITH VASPAR CLEAR GLOSS SEALER,
LET DRY & THEN HANG.

day one

well the easy part is done; making the BLOG.

i will try my hardest to post on here daily (nightly due to 3 rowdy kids causing chaos all day)
but i will post craft ideas, pictures or crafts before, during & after, along with easy instructions so you can try them at home.

feel free to subscribe to this, & if you have a FACEBOOK add me, i am always posting on there as well.

if you have any ideas or need help conquering a craft, leave a comment on here & we will see what we can do. i hope this blog is useful to those who read it. Its also a meaningful thing for me, i am now able to document fun & crafty things i do with my boys.

CRAFT #1
HOMEMADE HAND PRINTS-
& TAA-DAA!

THE ABOVE HAND PRINTS I DIDN'T DYE THE DOUGH, I BAKED THEM & THEN FILLED THE IMPRINTS WITH FOOD COLORING & SPRAYED THEM WITH SEALER SO THE COLOR STAYS ONLY IN THEIR HAND PRINTS.
THESE ONES, I ADDED BLUE FOOD COLORING, THE FAR LEFT ONE BAKED FOR A LITTLE TOO LONG, BUT THE MIDDLE & RIGHT SIDE ONES TURNED OUT GREAT, THIS WAS MY 1ST TIME TRYING THIS SO I HOPE ROUND 2 IS A LITTLE BETTER.
